Couriers

Telephone Depot use Business Post and ANC as our main couriers for delivering goods. All parcels must be signed for before they are handed over. Should no one be available to sign for the goods at the specified address, the courier will leave a card with contact details, so you can arrange a delivery time more convenient to you.

Deliveries are made up to 5.30PM on the specified day. Should you wish to have goods left elsewhere (e.g. neighbours), in the event of you being not present, please inform our sales team at the time of ordering.

Delivery Charge

All orders under £150 (ex VAT) are subject to a £4.99 (inc VAT) charge, regardless of weight, to UK mainland. Please call our sales help-line on 01757 242 500 for pricing details outside the UK mainland.

Delivery Time

All orders placed before 5PM will be delivered within two working days. Should a product be out of stock, we will inform you of how long it will take before you receive your order. Should you require a special timed delivery (e.g. Pre-noon or Saturday), call our sales help-line 01757 242 500 and we will inform you of the cost.
