How to Order

Online

Select the product you wish to purchase and click the ‘Add to basket’ button. If you require more than one of a single product, enter the number of units you require in the box available.

Once you have finished selecting the products you wish to purchase, click on the ‘proceed to checkout’ button. Once in the checkout area, you will be asked to enter the details for delivery of the goods and how we can contact you. You will then be routed through to a secure payment area hosted by H.S.B.C where you will be asked to enter your credit/debit card details. Once your payment has been authorised, you will receive conformation that the transaction has been completed and your goods will be delivered within two working days.

Should an item not be in stock we will contact you via email or phone and advise you of the date of delivery or an alternative item.

Call our sales help-line on 01757 242 500 where one of our team will be able to process your order. Please have ready, the details of the products you wish to order, the delivery address and your credit/debit card details.

By Email

Simply Email our sales team at sales@telephonedepot.co.uk with the details of the products you wish to order, your contact details, the delivery address and we will be in touch to arrange to payment. Please do not email your credit/debit card information.

By fax

Simply print out the order form below, or download and print this Word document (right click and Save Target As), fill in all the details required and fax it to 01757 242 808.
